Very friendly staff and VERY comfortable rooms that have everything required for your stay. The meals available to the room were quality and the beds unexpectedly good. A small bathroom perhaps, but adequate.

Nice and clean, good size. They had the aircon on when we arrived which was really nice! All staff were accommodating and nice. Location was ok, great if you want to go to casino, but little far from restaurants and city (if walking).

Room was very nice and location was ideal as it was close to the exhibition centre. Bed was comfy too.

Really good location. Easy to walk into the free tram zone, or a close walk to a tram stop as well as the start of southbank. Pool, sauna and steam room great. (Ask to be on the 9th floor so you are on the same level as these facilities). The rooms are small but functional, and there is also a large lounge and reading room if you wanted to chill in a comfy space. Great to have a laundry too. Good shower. Was great to have the twin bed option.

I really liked Shadowplay. The reception staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. Our room was upgraded to include a balcony. The room was spacious. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, really convenient if you don't want to eat out all the time. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast every morning in Edwin Wine Bar which was excellent, and the staff were great. The location was close to Crown Casino, South Warf, D.F.O, and public transport. Short walk to Metro Woolworths, McDonald's, IGA xpress, and plenty of other places to eat.I would definitely stay here again. It was great value.

Clean and comfortable. Great facilities with a lovely outdoor heated pool, sauna and steam room. We stayed on our honeymoon and they gifted us a lovely bottle of red to celebrate. Which was lovely! Kitchen supplies, microwave and washing machine which was useful. We needed parking for one night and although the hotel had parking at quite a significant cost, that were kind enough to tell us that the daily rate for the crown parking was a third of the price and very close.

Location was convenient for me. Closer to tram station, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Center (my conference venue), train station (Crossroad) and food outlets. The room and bed were maintained and cleaned on daily basis. Although there were no security personal seen, I felt safe sharing the same access with the hotels' bar/dining customers.

Location, staff and the apartment itself is great. We got fresh towels daily and got offered for a clean but we declined.

The breakfast was excellent! The room service was great and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean. The level 9 facilities were really great and enjoyed by our whole family. Edwin’s was excellent for dinner and beautiful drinks. Great atmosphere.
